1. •Atholton Bands Syllabus - Information regarding class descriptions,
   

        expectations, attendance policy, grading policy, instrument upgrades, and various

        other aspects of the band program. A full syllabus must be signed and returned no

        later than Thursday, September 3, 2009.

1. •Percussion Syllabus - This syllabus is in addition to the Atholton Bands Syllabus
   

        and provides a timeline of units for the Percussion Ensemble Class.

1. •AHS Student Information Form
   

1. •Absence Request Form - This form must be filled out PRIOR to an absence
   

        from any AFTER-SCHOOL rehearsal. Fill it out as soon as you know you will be

        missing a rehearsal.

1. •Field Trip Release Form - This form MUST be used to take a student home
   

        early from ANY off-campus performance/field trip. It should be turned in prior to

        departure for the performance/field trip and signed when the student is picked-up.

        Please note that all early pick-ups must be approved BEFORE the event.

1. •Private Teacher Evalulations - This form must be filled out by your private
   

        teacher by the assigned due date to receive extra credit for taking Private Lessons.

2. •All-State Jazz Info - Print and fill out the form. Due to Mr. Posner NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 25th.
